Have reminders set X minutes before an event

Best would be each note could have its own "remind me X minutes before event". A default value, say 15 minutes, could be changed in Preferences. As it is now, all reminders show at the same time (if I understand the option in Preferences -- there's only one time to set) and events could be at any time. A single time is pretty useless.
