be able to float the popout tab.

with multiple monitors - it would be nive to pick the monitor and the location of the pop up tab. Change color would be nice so it doesn't blend in the background.

User specified control panel location on display

Permit the user to specify where on the desktop's borders (top, bottom, left and right) where the pop-out control panel is located. The default location on the right hand side only is cumbersome and interferes with another desktop app.
